Cancellation Policy
A 48-hour cancellation notice is required on all spa day appointments, and 10 day notices for wedding parties. Your credit card will only be charged if you fail to provide the proper cancellation notice. If reservation is made on a gift certificate, it will be redeemed if proper cancellation notice is not given.
